Ingredients
1. 200 g tenderloin beef, cut into 2 cm cubes.
2. Two onions, cut into the same size as the beef.
3. Two red pepper, cut into square pieces.
4. One tbsp black sesame.
5. Two tbsp oyster sauce.
6. Peanut oil.
7. Salt and black pepper to taste.
Method
1. Mix salt and black pepper with 1 tbsp oyster sauce; marinate beef in the sauce.
2. Heat peanut oil in the pot, add beef and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
3. Add onion and red pepper; stir-fry.
4. Add the remaining oyster sauce and the sesame. Stir-fry. Serve.
