Fish-Flavored Shredded Pork

Ingredients

1. 250 g lean Pork, cut into 5cmx0.2cm shreds

2. 2 tbsp starch

3. 2 scallion greens, cut into thin shreds

4. 70 g agarics (black fungus), cut into small pieces

5. Half a carrot, cut into thin shreds

6. Ginger, cut into small pieces

7. Five garlic cloves, cut into thin shreds

8. Peanut oil, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, white sugar, soap stock

Method

1. Add 1 tbsp water to starch, add pork and mix well.

2. Mix white sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, scallion, soap stock and make sauce.

3. Pour oil into the pot, heat, add pork, stir till pork changes color. Add black fungus, carrot and sauce, cook for a minute or so. Remove from pot.
