Ingredients
1. One chicken, about 800 g, cut into 1-1.5" chucks.
2. Peanut oil, 30-50 g.
3. Soy sauce, 50 g.
3. One bottle of beer.
4. Scallion, ginger, sugar, star anise, salt, hot pepper
Method
1. Heat oil, add pepper and anise and fry.
2. Add chicken, stir-fry till chicken changes color.
3. Add scallion, ginger and sugar, and cook for one minute.
4. Add soy sauce and beer (do not add water). Cook for about 10 minutes.
